This image was originally used as a promotional poster/ flyer for the 1949 races and luckily a few survived. This was and still is one of Americas most famous motorcycle races. The 1949 Race was only the 3rd running of the famous 200 mile Beach race after the war. Fans were delighted to see Indian Scouts, Harley WR’s, Triumphs, Matchless, BMW’s and some very fast Norton Manxs motorcycle battle for first. Dick Klamforth ended up winning on his factory prepared 500cc single cylinder Norton Manx. This shirt features a high quality ‘last forever’ antiqued bone white ink print on black T-shirt.
